With a Brampton Interiors bespoke handmade kitchen, anything is possible!

Whether you’d prefer a traditional or modern kitchen, handles or handless, lay-on or in-frame, open or closed shelving – each of our kitchen ranges can be completely tailored to your requirements. No matter how unique your style may be, we can create a beautiful timeless kitchen for you from the initial concept.

When you invest in a bespoke kitchen, it also creates the freedom to introduce smart storage solution perfectly adapted to your space and lifestyle.

In this article, we highlight #4 bespoke storage solutions that we have designed and installed for our clients in St Albans and Watford.

#1 Breakfast cabinets

Carmel: ‘Breakfast cabinets are becoming more and more popular when running through a client’s wishlist. They offer an area that is incredibly practical, housing appliances like coffee machines and toasters completely out of sight helping maintain a clean uncluttered look.‘

Here is a beautifully-crafted breakfast cabinet (below) for this bright and delightful traditional kitchen in Faircross Way, St Albans (right).

#2 Larder cupboard

Louise: ‘Everyone loves a big larder cupboard!’ This bespoke larder from another recent kitchens in St Albans (below) is a great example of how thoughtful design can make life easier in the kitchen.

We designed this larder (left) to extend 200mm from the wall on one side, in order to avoid the door opening onto the radiator in this small and much-used space.

#3 Hidden alcoves

In this luxury kitchen in Watford (right) we designed small alcoves on either side of the hob in the central cooking area to store essentials, such as oil, close at hand but without risk of getting in the way!

In this Scandinavian-style kitchen in Seymour Road, St Albans (below) we made use of several smart, storage solutions including a wine-rack built into the overhead cabinets and a discreet alcove area for the toaster, mugs and salt & pepper – objects which can otherwise easily clutter your worktops.

#4 Bespoke bars

In another lovely and warm kitchen in Seymour Road (left) we created a bar area to complement the rest of the furniture in soft white and summer oak wood, opting for closed-shelving for the glasses and bottles but using glass to provide a display.

In Faircross Way (below) we also factored a beautiful, bespoke bar into the design of this traditional kitchen by positioning the wine-coolers beneath custom-made, open shelving backed by speckled glass in Antique Moon.
