We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the category ‘Customer Service Champion of the Year’ as part of the BiKBBI Awards 2024.
We pride ourselves on first-class customer service from the start to finish of every project and we are grateful for the quality of testimonials that we receive from new and returning clients in recognising where we have gone above and beyond.
Earlier in the year, we also won a Best of Customer Service award from Houzz – a trusted online community for interior and kitchen design. As one of only four businesses to be shortlisted for this category from the UK, the judging panel shared these words with us:

About BiKBBI Awards
BiKBBI stands for the British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation, who host an annual Installation Awards ceremony sponsored by big names in the industry (including Quooker) and delivered by a government sanctioned institute. The aim of the Installation Awards is to shine a spotlight on excellence in the sector; recognising and celebrating companies and individuals who have excelled in the delivery of their services.
The award winners will be announced at the BiKBBI Awards ceremony on Tuesday 6 February 2024 in Westminster.
