“Absolutely amazing. Louise, David and the team are just second to none. Brilliant kitchen, great communication, really do care about their customers and the after care is just superb, still looking after us years later.”

We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as finalists for the category ‘Best Kitchen Retailer for Customer Service’ in the BKU Awards 2025.
We pride ourselves on first-class customer service from the start to finish of every project and we are grateful for the quality of testimonials that we have received from new and returning clients over the years!
Earlier in the year, we also won a ‘Best of Customer Service’ award from Houzz – a trusted online community for interior and kitchen design. The Best of Houzz awards recognise top-rated home professionals and most popular designs based on categories (design, service and photography) and different areas across the country and only 3-4% of profiles win these awards each year. “They offer an amazing level of service which you would never get from other big commercial kitchen designers who don’t really care about the clients. I strongly recommend Bramptons!”

About the BUK Awards
Organised by Bathroom & Kitchen Update (BKU), these industry-leading awards shine a spotlight on the very best in the kitchen and bathroom sector. What makes this recognition even more meaningful is that the shortlist was compiled based on over 4,000 votes submitted by professionals across the KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom) industry.
The ‘Best Kitchen Retailer for Customer Service’ category celebrates businesses that go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service—from the first consultation through to installation and aftercare. Our entry included detailed examples of our dedication to customer satisfaction, the quality of our after-sales support, our commitment to staff training, and a host of heartfelt testimonials from happy clients.
The award winners will be announced at the BUK Awards ceremony on Friday 6 June 2025 in London.
